Get rid of your old shoes, help kids in other countries and do something good for the environment at the same time.
Chabot alum Diego Whitehill and Chabot’s student council are partnering with Soles for Souls to collect old shoes and get them to kids who need them.
Bring in any old shoes—grown-up AND kid shoes, sneakers, flip flops, dance shoes, dress shoes, you name it! Just bring them to school and put them in the marked boxes.
We’ll be collecting starting this week until the end of this month so help Soles for Souls wear out poverty simply by bringing in your worn out shoes! Watch a video on why shoe recycling is important.
