The PTA’s Equity & Inclusion Committee and the SSC are joining forces to launch a new program at Chabot that will match current Chabot families with families who are new to the Chabot community to welcome newcomers and get them connected.
On May 15, at the last SSC meeting of the year, we will discuss the program from 6:30-7 pm and welcome anyone who is interested in sharing ideas and learning more about or helping us launch the program.
The SSC meeting starts at 5:15 pm and is held in the Library with childcare and pizza for kids and snacks for adults. All are welcome to attend the entire meeting or just the “family buddy program” launch discussion from 6:30-7 pm.
