Chabot Carnival This Sunday the 16th

Come celebrate this spooky season with some old-fashioned family fun this Sunday, Oct. 16, with carnival games, tasty food, funky music, messy crafts, prizes, prizes, and more prizes!

The Chabot Carnival offers a variety of activities for kids of all ages. Show us your best costumes, parade your skills, test your bravery on the Jumpy Slide, or decorate pumpkins and sugar skulls.

Enjoy a family lunch from one of the food stations, such as El Tonayense Taco Truck, pizza, or our famous Dad’s Club Pulled Pork Sandwiches. Then satisfy that sweet tooth by grabbing a treat from our Benefit Bakesale, ice cream sandwiches, and a cup of Cole Coffee.

Don’t miss the Hippity Hop Dance class with Mr. J. at 11:30am. Then join in on the costume contest and parade at 12:30 to 1:00.

For those that like to shop, stop by the Craft Faire featuring designers and crafters from the Chabot community.

There’s no cost to show up and all friends, neighbors, and relatives are welcome to come.

All proceeds from this family-friendly event benefit the Chabot Elementary PTA and fund enrichment programs like the library, music, art, science, Spanish, and the garden. Not to mention the coordination of numerous after-school programs, help in the classrooms, and so much more.

There are still volunteer opportunities available. Click here to sign up to face paint, sell some baked goods or put your muscles to use and setup/take down the carnival.

Thank you to our generous sponsors: MPR Financial, Piedmont Dental by Design, Yovino-Young, Inc., and 1st United Credit Union.

Hope To Spook You There!
